Ananya Pandey

Programme Officer

Ananya is the Programme Officer (YuWaah) at UNICEF India. At YuWaah, she leads Solutions Partnerships, which involves identifying and scaling up impactful initiatives that benefit young people at scale, including socio-economic opportunities, learning and skilling opportunities and youth engagement opportunities. Additionally, she supports state operationalization and programme management for YuWaah, along with government and private sector partnerships.

Ananya has a background in innovation and programme management, with previous work experience of working at UNIDO (United Nations Industrial Development Organisation). She also consulted a sustainability focused startup by providing strategic communications support, prior to joining UNICEF. As for her education, she holds a graduate degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi and a post-graduate degree in International Relations from London School of Economics and political science. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, books, binge-watching and travelling.
