Shruti leads the economic opportunities pillar at Yuwaah which comprises of Job connects, entrepreneurship and apprenticeship opportunities for young people. She has 6 years of work experience in Social impact and sustainability, spanning across India, US and UAE. Shruti has led pan-India program operations and business development at McKinsey Social Initiative’s youth education to employment program. She has also worked extensively at the grassroots on women’s rights and entitlements, life skills education, digital literacy and healthcare. She is passionate about impacting education, youth employment, gender equality and environment sustainability through strategic design and analysis, policy advocacy, data-driven decision making and effective implementation of policies and programs.

Shruti holds an MBA (Rural Management) from IRMA and an MA in Public Policy from University of Chicago.

She loves to dance, travel, write poems in English and Hindi and help young people in their career paths.
